My last price rise was January 2021 and I'm sure I don't need to tell you how many day to day items are now much dearer and look like staying that way.
The day rate is a 25% discount on the hourly rate so gathering a list of jobs could save you money at the same time as fixing all those household niggles.

Minimum per appointment is 1 hour, and after the 1st hour, I charge per half-hour basis.
Please note:
- All prices are for labour only and do not include any materials. Rates are final with no hidden charges added.
- Shopping for materials is charged at my standard hourly rate.
Fixed Rates
If I anticipate a job will take more than 1 day, I'll call to assess the work and to give a detailed quotation for the project.
